What YOU will do:

As part pf the role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Neurovascular disease state and products.


  • You will work with division and regions to gather inputs for the development of the global launch strategy for a given product
  • You will engage with data team to ensure that all inputs are analyzed to give an accurate indication of best fit launch strategy
  • You will ensure communication of launch strategy is agreed upon globally and that it triggers all organizational readiness activities.

Product Launch

  • You will ensure product launch teams are put in place as part of the planning phase of a launch
  • You will be responsible to train regions on Launch Excellence process with the ultimate goal of building additional capability in the regions
  • You will plan and manage ownership of product commercialization deliverables for the highest business priority launches.
  • You will guide the business to make informed decisions on tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and activities associated to the product commercial release
  • You will coordinate with other departments, as needed to ensure specific cost, time and/or regulatory standards are met.

Business Relationship

  • You will host regular meetings with regions to gather region specific requirements in relation to business optimization 
  • Propose projects to improve our business processes in the regions to improve efficiency
  • You will connect regional staff or act as a conduit to division staff to share knowledge and overcome obstacles
  • You will have personal contact with regional sales and marketing

What YOU need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, Science, Engineering, management or related field) Required
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Successful history of leading projects requiring the coordination and direction of team members from a wide range of functions
  • Experience in medical device industry preferred
