The Job's Mission

The Recruitment Coordinator plays a valuable and key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe by providing best in class support to both internal and external customers. The Key Responsibilities
  • As a true collaborative partner, you will own the candidate care process, not only will you coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers alike, you will also guide candidates through the interview process and be their first point of contact. You will be with them throughout their journey making it as seamless as possible.
  • Working with our travel providers and PA’s you will coordinate any travel and accommodation for candidates where applicable.
  • Where travel expenses are incurred by candidates, you will manage any travel expense claims, working with internal teams on payment.
  • You will raise and manage purchase orders on behalf of the team, dealing with queries from our suppliers and working with our internal teams for a swift resolution.
  • Track any employee referrals inline with the referral policy and liaise with local payroll for payments.
  • Provides input to and implements the Social Media talent acquisition strategy.
  • Take on additional projects of interest as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • You are a remarkable, energetic and inspiring professional who demonstrates experience in a similar role within a multinational corporate environment.
  • You may be working towards an HR qualification.
  • You will have minimum of 2 year’s HR/Recruitment administration experience, preferably in a related environment.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.
  • You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines, and are eager to learn, has initiative and self-motivation.
  • You hold strong PC skills, such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are fluent in English, and preferably 2 European languages.
  • You are an excellent networker and relationship builder. You adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization.
  • You are intrigued by people and love discovering what makes them tick and you take ownership of your work and genuinely care about doing a great job.
