Job Description

  • ​​Position Summary 

    The Recruiter sources, interviews, and ultimately brings diverse talent onto the Stryker Instruments.  The Recruiter builds relationships with hiring managers, recruits from diverse sources, coordinates information sessions/interview training, screens perspective employees, and coordinates interviews and final offer letters.  This role will support both instruments and medical locations in Michigan.

    ​​Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

    • Source, qualify and interview candidates for open positions within the division in partnership with HR business partners and managers. 

    • Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws. 

    • Comply with the divisional Diversity & Inclusion Plan, including holding third party agencies accountable for diverse line-ups. 

    • Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and offer letters for potential new hires.   

    • Assist in training hiring managers on recruiting process, interviewing and sourcing. 

    • Evaluates and interprets talent based selection tools of candidates.  

    • May support preparation and tracking of talent acquisition metrics and statistics.

    • ​​0-2 years relevant experience required 

    • ​Previous recruiting experience preferred 

    • ​Fundamental knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selecting employees preferred​

    ​​Physical Requirements​
