Job Description

The non-exempt Recruiter sources, interviews, and ultimately brings diverse talent onto the Stryker Instruments team. The Recruiter builds relationships with hiring managers, selected college campuses, diverse recruitment sources, coordinates information sessions/interview training, screens perspective employees, and coordinates interviews and final offer letters.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Full Cycle recruiting including; source, qualify and interview candidates for open or strategic positions within the division. * Work with employee relations and managers across the division to evaluate and fill open positions. * Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws. * Responsible for coordinating events that promote division to potential employees at campuses, community events, and job fairs within budget. * Maintain responsibilities of Inclusion Plan at division. * Coordinate interview schedules for candidates and offer letters for potential new hires as well as travel, hotel accommodations, compensation analysis, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, and/or related field
  • 0-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in an agency or corporate environment preferred
  • Excellent reading, writing, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with large groups of people.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Computer skills (PC) and related software. Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diverse set of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred.
