Our Craniomaxillofacial business is a market leader in products used in
maxillofacial, neuro, plastic, otolaryngology, craniofacial and oculoplastic
surgeries. The CMF portfolio features: cranial and facial bone fixation systems,
patient specific implants, bone substitutes, dural repair products, facial
implants and microdissection needles.

Our Craniomaxillofacial business is looking for a R&D Engineering, Project Manager to join the team.

What You Will Do:

The role of the project manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.  This includes organizing resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.  The project manager will also define the project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle (Idea through market launch) through the following activities:

  • You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure all technical and business requirements are met.

  • You will manage project scope, resources, cost, schedule, and performance.

  • You will identify key project needs and assign individual responsibilities.

  • You will manage and minimize exposure to risk.

  • You will deliver updates to existing products and documentation.

  • You will develop business processes needed to make the project a success.

  • You will effectively apply and adhere to organizational Quality Management Systems and Design Control procedures.

  • You will manage and inform stakeholders.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field or equivalent (BME/ME/EE preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Experience in developing products within medical device or regulated industry, preferred

  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects related to the development, maintenance, or marketing of a product while delivering according to planned timelines/budgets, preferred

  • Significant (Medical) Industry knowledge is preferred

  • Direct experience in project scheduling and resource management in Microsoft Project, preferred
