Overall Job Requirements & Specifications:

• Ensures raw, materials, in process, and/or finish products, or components meet company regulatory standards.
• May support internal audits
• Independent Contact support staff for assistance
• Learn quality processes and policies.
• Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail.
• Accurately follow documentation and regulatory procedures as expected.
• Will train others on quality standards, equipment, and procedures.

• Complete all necessary grade level training.
• Be willing to cross train into other areas as needed.
• Ability to support new product launches.
• Will use basic metrology to complete inspection requirements (Incoming and In-Process).
• Can select appropriate measurement equipment.

• Proficient in general equipment usage to conduct basic inspections.
• Support product deadlines.
• Ability to complete inspection tasks as received.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions.
• May train new team members
• Seeks guidance where appropriate.
• Support implementation of change to the organization. 

• Strong inter-personal skills.

• Can work independently.

• Projects a positive, engaged attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

0-2 years related experience

Reading, writing, arithmetic, and measuring skills

Preferred Experience:

Blueprint/Engineering schematic reading and interpretation
