Job Description

General Summary:

The Marketing Associate Specialist role is designed to help customers and partners build and manage an effective Automated External Defibrillator (AED) program that can help save lives.

This position has global responsibilities working cross-functionally with Segment Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance among other teams to drive market adoption of AEDs and related solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to marketing managers in the development of marketing tools and campaigns.
  • Perform sales and marketing analysis, assist with trade shows, literature development, presentations and marketing materials.
  • Provide marketing support to sales team and distribution partners through fact finding, information gathering, and resolving questions.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain an up-to-date library of competitive product information.
  • Manage sales training resources and tools.
  • Periodically track marketing expenses and budgets.
  • Strategize and participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities and new markets, as necessary.
  • Provide sales force with competitive and technical data on a timely basis.
  • Provide daily sales support for all online sales enablement programs and marketing asset portals.
  • Maintain content of online marketing asset portal to support sales efforts.  Drive strong adoption and ensure a consistently positive user experience.
  • Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company’s goals, objectives and interests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including ability to speak effectively in front of large groups of people
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Familiarity using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience using CRM, online asset management, or related online tools.
