Job Description

Individual Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Provide Contract Administration consisting primarily of acquiring appropriate signatures, scanning, mailing, and filing both digital and hard copies.
  • Maintain and update the Master Contract Database with new amendments and contracts, including the Oracle Contract/Price Agreement cleansing.
  • Primary point of contact for ProCare contract ERP data entry, Service Contract Reporting, including monitoring of the ProCare Canada Inbox.
  • Provides support for Rebates/Value Add process including scanning, mailing, and filing both digital and hard copies.
  • Prepares sales reports to customers at the frequency as required by respective contracts.
  • Ensures secure storage and electronic filing of all tender submissions, contract documents, and financial reviews and approvals.
  • Maintains a good understanding of procurement at the hospital, regional, provincial, and national buying group levels to ensure alignment with customer and government imposed terms and conditions
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Manager.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • Working knowledge of contract terminology, practices and concepts, or demonstrated ability to quickly acquire working knowledge of similarly complex areas of knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, with specific focus on Excel and Word formatting and functions. Working knowledge of MS Access is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strong organizational and time management skills in the context of a complex, high volume work load.
  • Utilizes technology-based tools and processes and demonstrates ability to learn and employ new technology applications.
  • Strong service ethic and desire to succeed in a customer service oriented environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivating and results oriented.
  • Proven analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education required; University Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity is an asset.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is an asset.
  • 2-4 years of contracts experience preferred.
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered
