What you will do

As a Project Manager in our New Products PMO, you will partner to lead cross-functional new product development teams with emphasis on time, cost, resources, and quality. You pro-actively create program plans, schedules, and deliverables and coordinate sub-projects within a larger program to achieve overall success.  > You build bridges and negotiate solutions, influencing and communicating within and without your team, driving decisions across all levels of the organization. Your professional development is our key investment; we expect you to grow your talents while learning and applying project and program management principles, stroke treatment techniques, and organizational best practices to ensure we deliver the best products to our customers.


What you need

•4+ years program management or product development experience

•Cross-functional team experience

•A bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field 

•Competence in using negotiation and interpersonal communication skills to gain consensus and defend decisions within and without your team
