Job Description

What You Will Do

Project Design:

  • Define and confirm project scope, business case, budget, timeline, and resources needed;
  • Deploy process, systems, tools and management model to optimize program execution and tracking;
  • Alignment of program execution tracking process and governance across functions.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Define tracking, metrics/KPI’s & reporting system and process;
  • Consolidate and present regular reports to project sponsors and key stakeholders;
  • Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Status reporting.

Issue & Risk Management

  • Define the process for potential issues/ risks identification, mitigation and resolution;
  • Issues/resolution/escalation reporting;
  • Track risks and issues - log.

Cross-team Linkages Management

  • Identify and create cross-team/region linkages (including indirect channels, 3rd party vendors…)
  • Cross-team communication /cooperation process across multiple stakeholders;
  • Leverage experts and resources from Sales, Marketing Finance, HR, RA/QA, Legal, GQ&O, IT, etc. where necessary.

Communication

  • Define messaging for various stakeholders;
  • Regular program reporting/updates to project sponsors, divisions.

Compliance

  • Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Stryker Code of Conduct, and in accordance with the highest ethical standards;

Occupational Health

  • To procure integral care of health;
  • To provide clear, true and complete information about his/her health condition;
  • To comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the company;
  • To report in a timely manner to Stryker about latent dangers and risks at the worksite;
  • To Participate in training activities of the Occupational health and safety Management system (SGSST);
  • To Participate and contribute to the compliance of the objectives of the Occupational health and safety management system (SGSST).

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • Healthcare industry work experience is preferred;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
  • 10 years+ work experience;
  • Project management / PMO experience;
  • Regarded as a potential future senior leader.

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 30%
