    What you will do

  • Create and executes projects schedule
  • Identify project needs and assigns individual responsibilities
  • Advocate for the product, project and cross-functional team through the entire product development cycle
  • Manage day to day aspects of project scope•Make critical judgments and direct the team to make mid-course corrections as needed to meet project objectives•Work with other management to estimate resource requirements to meet project objectives
  • Effectively apply organizational quality system (IMS) procedures
  • Manage the overall project risk and minimizes exposure to risk
  • Build  effective relationship with other business functions in order to achieve business goals 
  • Hold regular status meetings with project team/stake holders
  • Appropriately recognizes cross-functional team member’s contributions
  • Ensure project documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately

What you need

•B.A. or B.S. degree

•Have a passion to meet project goals and multiple objectives to improve project results

•Ability to motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner

•Ability to interact with and influence others including management

•Ability to take initiative and prioritize actions while managing numerous tasks

•Strong business aptitude and analytical and problem-solving skills

•Persuasive written and verbal communication skills to influence

•Able to define/develop reporting and analytical tools to improve project management and communication

•Manages project scorecard:

•Customer Experience to include craftsmanship

•Quality•Capital and expense budget•Product cost•Schedule
