We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our Trauma and Extremities division in Mahwah, NJ.

What you will do 

As a Project Engineer, you will be working on designing and creating implants and instrumentation relating to our Total Shoulder Platform. You will work within CAD/ProE creating models of instruments and implants, doing drawings for manufacturing, facilitating prototyping, design control, and dimensional analysis. You  will utilize proprietary data to analyze and institute innovative implant designs to solve clinical problems in shoulder arthroplasty. You’ll have autonomy to make impactful decisions while leading a complex project team. Part of your team is remote, so you will spend time working with them to build and share best practices. On more than a few occasions, your time will be spent in cadaver labs, working with and getting feedback from surgeons on our products. That feedback provides you with valuable insight on how to design and create our implants and tools. 

What you need

• Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University

• 2-7 years of product design experience, within medical device preferred

• Experience with CAD, ProE is preferred

• Working knowledge of GD&T

• Great communication skills

• Design for Six Sigma, preferred
