What You Will Do

As a Program Manager, you will own projects and programs with high impact to the business and a broad group of senior-level stakeholders.  You will be responsible for keeping our portfolio of innovative medical devices available to our customers.  You will lead a cross-functional team to ensure our products continue to meet the world’s changing regulatory requirements. 

When our Regulatory team identifies products that will not meet a new requirement, you will drive our business to make a smart decision on whether those products should be updated or retired.  You will also organize and lead the efforts to update or retire them and ensure our portfolio of products continues to help us achieve our mission: Together with our customers, we are driven to make healthcare better.


  • At Stryker Endoscopy, you will be working on innovative technology to support both Open and MIS surgery.  As a leader in fluorescence, our cameras, light sources, scopes and monitors help surgeons see and do more.  We also provide insufflation consoles, manual instrumentation and device capture consoles to drive efficiencies in the OR to help our customers make healthcare better. 

Job Description

  • In this role, you will be touching all products within the Endoscopy business unit as you lead the efforts for EU MDR compliance.  You will project manage a large team of cross-functional counterparts from RA, QA, Marketing, R&D and Operations to navigate the changes needed  to comply with the new EU regulation.  Driving on-time completion of this project will ensure supply continuity for all of our EU markets, which is a top revenue driver for Endoscopy. 


  • You will lead a cross-functional team and ensure all technical and business requirements are met.
  • You will manage cost, schedule, and performance.
  • You will manage risks.
  • You will deliver updates to existing products and documentation.
  • You will develop business processes needed to make the project a success.
  • You will manage and inform stakeholders.
  • You will ensure a positive return on investment.
  • You will help and guide more junior members of the PMO team.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Successful track record of managing projects related to the development, maintenance, or marketing of a product.
  • Ability to apply sound business judgement.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to bring together multiple functions as a cohesive team.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Degree or background that allows you to understand engineering problems and trade-offs.
  • Strongly preferred: Experience at a medical device company.

Work From Home: Remote

Travel Percentage: 10%
