Job Description: Develop vision and strategy for our customer visitation experience. Deliver a best in class experience for our visitors, both HCP and sales personnel.  This includes optimizing all aspects of the program.  Messaging and promotional materials, registration and data collection, program coordination, content, event execution, and post experience communication and follow up.  Maintain and exceed quality and compliance standards.  Prepare analysis of actual program participation and return on investment, define and implement strategies to improve both.

  • Develop and execute strategy to enhance visitation experience from registration to actual program and post visit follow up.
  • Manage and develop “Content” for all Spine Experience visits, including all necessary advanced preparations requirements (e.g. defining critical areas of interest, agenda creation, and selection of appropriate internal domain experts).
  • Ensures that all segment leads are qualitative and quantitative proving key customer insights to help develop brand positioning and strategy
  • Use and maximize all relevant Stryker systems to ensure program is operating to its highest potential (IT, expense, website, registration, learning management system).
  • Develop and execute communication strategy for sales and sales management on VIP goals/objectives
  • Complete management and optimization of all visitation facilities and equipment
  • Maintain high level understanding of spine marketplace
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Stryker’s spine portfolio
  • Understand and interact with cross divisional partners and hospital management as we increase focus in this area
  • Provide in depth tour of Stryker Spine Division campus to all program visitors
  • Prepare financial analyses of program participation and return on investment
  • Understand and work within Stryker policies for HCP interaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 4+ years of experience in an internal or external customer facing role (HCP or sales channel preferred)
  • Competent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of budget and expense prioritization and management
  • Ability to develop communication strategy and execute
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross functional and team-oriented environment
  • Competent analytical skills
  • Ability to investigate and implement technological solutions to drive efficiency
