Job Description

Partner on the development and recommendation of divisional and cross-divisional digital strategies. Own implementation plans and oversee various initiatives that support key business objectives across the patient, surgeon and sales force digital ecosystem. Track and analyze various metrics relating to the digital strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in a technical and non-technical capacity on the development and deployment of digital experiences and new functionality including but not limited to various web, mobile, and e-communication strategies.
• Prepare and utilize test scripts for SIT and UAT testing
• Ensure various digital campaigns and marketing materials are tested successfully, including SIT and UAT
• Escalate and track defects through resolution
• Solicit cross team input to create documentation and share timely updates at planning and status meetings
• Help identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles as they arise
• Adhere to established business and departmental policies and processes
• Create documentation for regular and ad hoc metrics and compiling data from various inputs or stakeholders
• Expand knowledge in own and related disciplines continuously, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and the motivation to develop both one’s own career as well as our suite of digital products
• Stay abreast of technologies and trends, applying them when applicable to solve problems and enhance our business


Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study.

• 2-7 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of internet technologies with previous digital marketing or web development experience
• Organized and detail oriented
• Strong project management and tactical execution skills
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and in a cross-functional /team-oriented environment
• Able to learn and adhere to business processes
• Experience with enterprise digital content management systems a plus (ie. Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe products suite)
• Experience with marketing automation systems a plus (ie. Marketo)
• Experience with project management/collaborative software a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Digital marketing or web development experience in a healthcare or medical device direct-to-patient or direct-to-consumer capacity or other highly regulated industry preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills and track record of successful execution
• Ability to manage project spend and budget details
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to business processes, with an eye for iteration and process improvement
