What will you do

As part of the Professional Affairs Team, internal and external customers are at the heart of everything we do. We collaborate with our business partners to assure all HCPs needs are addressed in a compliant and expeditious manner. Specialist to HCP consulting process for all Neurovascular related agreements.  You’ll act as one of the Professional Affairs contacts for HCP Consultants for hourly contract and payments. Assist in training HCP consultants and internal business customers on systems and processes to ensure compliant interactions.  Manage the due diligence process, to include: communication with internal business and consultant, collect, review, and verify required documentation.

What you need

  • 0-3 years direct customer interactions in a customer service role or in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a ​Compliance-related field

  • Applied knowledge of contract language and terms/conditions of contracts will be plus

  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Corporate, and the various functions of the organization​​

  • ​Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related fields of study OR equivalent relevant work experience
