Job Description

The Professional Affairs Coordinator will support the HCP consulting process for all Neurovascular related travel requests.  They will act as one of the Professional Affairs contact’s for HCP Consultants for hourly contract, payments and travel.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other related field of study
  • 2-3 years direct customer interactions in a customer service role or in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a Compliance related field
  • Applied knowledge of AdvaMed and federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally regulated environment will be plus
  • Applied knowledge of contract language and terms/conditions of contracts will be plus
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and effectively manage processes to ensure timely outcomes and documentation integrity
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise between Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Corporate, and the field Sales organization
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate complicated issues
  • Applied ability to make quick, decisive judgments
  • Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure; adaptability in a quickly changing environment

What you will do

  • Manage travel and invoicing process as follows: communicate with internal business and external consultant and Proctor Portal; collect, review, verify and submit required documentation and make appropriate changes to ensure a seamless deliverable is provided (travel request, proctor submissions, and final payment processing) - for assigned pool of HCP consultants

This position offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
