Job Summary: Key stakeholder for Stryker Neurovascular's healthcare professional interaction processes related to consulting agreements, activities and payments.

Qualifications / work experience

  • 1-2 years of experience with direct customer interactions in a customer service role
  • Ability to accurately manage processes to ensure timely outcomes that meet the business objective with appropriate documentation; effective time management & prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with the ability to liaise between internal and external customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate to peers and internal & external customers in an appropriate and timely fashion
  • Ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure; adaptability in a quickly changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate diplomatically and effectively on challenging subject matter
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and motivation & ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision

Preferred experience
  • 1- 2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a Compliance-related field
  • Applied knowledge of federal guidelines related to the healthcare industry or any federally-regulated environment

Job Requirements

Essential duties & responsibilities
  • Play a key role in assuring Stryker’s overall HCP consulting processes align with internal compliance policies and external federal regulations
  • Work closely with internal business functions to support key aspects of the HCP consulting relationship
  • Manage the HCP payment process as follows: communicate with internal business customers and external HCP consultants; collect, review, verify and submit required documentation and make appropriate changes to ensure a seamless deliverable (consultant payment) is provided
  • Assist in training HCP consultants and internal business customers on payment process to ensure compliant interactions and results
Facilitate resolution and corrective action plans related to HCP consulting payments in a timely
