Job Description

The Job's Mission
The Product Specialist is responsible for setting up, rolling out and managing the business for a specifically designated product or grouping of products in a designated area in Iberica. This individual is responsible for managing the opportunities and supporting the Sales Representatives (Direct, Agents and distributors) of the designated product or grouping of products. He/She will provide customer support and teamwork with the divisions and agents and distributors, particularly through partnership with other divisions and the sales teams.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
  • Sell /demonstrate product lines within the operating theatre and clinical environment
  • Provide customer service to existing customers while also acquiring new customers
  • Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to guarantee achievement of sales target
    This encompasses in particular:
    • Monthly Sales action plans coordinated with the sales team (Direct, Agents and distributors)
    • Customer care for physicians, surgical/theatre staff and hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation
    • Organization and conduction of training, surgical/theatre participation, view surgeries and workshops
    • Identification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plans
    • Coordination of the distribution and logistics of products (Conditionals, Deposits, Kits …)
    • Regular reporting to Business Manager, of the opportunities, market needs and strategy

Job Requirements

  • Academic degree / education in sales and/or marketing
  • English and Native language
  • Adequate IT-knowledge

  • Minimum of 4 years Experience within the healthcare industry
  • Strong product knowledge in ORL/ENT and/or CMF/Neuro
  • Technical and clinical “know-how” in surgery products

  • Business and strategy thinking
