We are recruiting Product Specialist for the Endoscopy division of Stryker Finland area. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales person that has a passion for medical devices or a young talent to step into the Med Tech world and build an exciting career as a sales person. In this role you would work with the leading Communications portfolio within the operating room including operating theatre lights, equipment pendants, operating tables and integrated operating room Audio Visual solutions; iSuites.

Your key responsibilities

  • Sell innovative, life-changing communications focused products within the operating theatre and clinical environment to help improving healthcare with your performance.
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do, focus on customer needs and relationship building in order to provide value to our customers.
  • Together with your network in Stryker you plan, execute and monitor all measures to improve our brand in the region and to create a stronger customer relationship.
  • Using your product knowledge and quick thinking, you’re always available to educate doctors, nurses and other staff how to properly use and maintain our life-changing products.
  • You’ll be managing tenders in your territory in collaboration with the team.
  • Excellent customer care for hospital administration with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Identification of local KOLs, proposition of local action plans. Be the expert for your region on leads, market analysis and account planning.
  • Coordination of the distribution and logistics of products with the support of the related manager.

What are we looking for?

  • Education in sales, marketing, health care (nurse, physiotherapist), life sciences or engineering.
  • Passionate about selling high quality products in a medical environment with a high customer focus.
  • Experience in sales of medical devices/ capital equipment preferred but not mandatory. Most important is your passion and curiosity for our products and your drive & motivation to add value to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills mandatory, Swedish a plus.
  • Relations with orthopaedic surgeons or general surgery in territory is clear advantage.
  • Full, valid EU driving license required
