Job Description

With Core Hemorrhagic Stroke representing the cornerstone of Stryker's dominant market position in the Neurovascular therapy area, we require a dynamic and focused Product Manager to join this expanding Division. This role will be one of two product managers covering the whole of the UK and you will be part of the UK management team. Regular travel will be a key part of this role, alongside frequent visits to our Newbury HQ. As part of a multinational company there will also be virtual and face to face meetings with colleagues in Europe and the US.

What you will do

As the Core Hem Product Manager you will be responsible for local implementation of the international divisional strategy promoting products that save our patients’ lives. Demonstrating your ability to take initiatives and create longer term strategic plans, you will develop tactics, programmes and initiatives that drive growth in all Core Hem product groups in line with the franchise strategies.
In this role, you will work in a matrix organisation interacting with various stakeholders from different functions on a local and regional level. You will play a critical role for supporting sales of Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

What you need

  • 3-5 years proven track record in Product Management / Marketing experience
  • Recognised Marketing Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • be able to work efficiently in a matrix organisation and 
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ideal but not essential - knowledge and experience of interventional techniques (Neuroradiology, Radiology or Cardiology)

Travel Percentage: 50%
