We currently have an opportunity within our Marketing division for a Product Manager –Joint Replacement based in our Sydney Head Office;


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Achieving and exceeding annual portfolio revenue targets
  • Strategic marketing planning and execution, product lifecycle management including product launch and portfolio analysis
  • Responsibility for developing and communicating product positioning and messaging through effective training of the sales team
  • Creation and management of marketing material of effective sales tools including, and not limited to, execution of digital strategy and tactics
  • Oversight for the creation and management of Medical Education Programs for internal and external customers
  • Drive successful prostheses list applications in consultation with reimbursement management
  • Responsibility for customer (surgeon) engagement and key opinion leader engagement

We are seeking an experienced product manager with demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with prior medical marketing experience and strong business acumen are encouraged to apply.   


Ideally we are seeking:

  • Strong technical product knowledge and ability to train and educate internal and external (surgeon) stakeholders
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in launching new products in to the market
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Sense of motivation and ability for self-directed learning
