Job Description

The Job's Mission
You will support new product launches put together the plan, and help execute high impact launches to the sales organization
You will help ensure our activities across your market are coordinated and cohesive, helping to drive agreed goals and strategies
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Accountable for setting and driving the strategy and growth targets for the agreed key accounts Selling, demonstrating devices/equipment/procedures to all stakeholders
  • HCPs: Surgeons, Clinical staff, sterile services
  • Commercial Department, Finance, Managers, Business Managers, Procurement etc
  • Ensure that demonstrations of are key products are effective and that representatives have adequate support
Product training and support for sales colleagues
Work with the wider Sales team to launch new products and support growth of existing products
  • Training customers and Sales representatives on our products and the key procedures we support
Prospecting for new business, writing proposals and maintaining customer records
  • Help team to identify opportunities to win business in new accounts whilst supporting on training of key products
  • Segregation of waste in your department.

Job Requirements

Education
  • BSc Life sciences, pharmaceutical or business degree desirable
  • Fluency in English essential

Experience
  • At least 5 years sales/marketing experience with a major medical or pharmaceutical manufacturer/provider.
