Job Description

The ProCare Product Manager is the market expert for the Service product portfolio encompassing the Surgical, Endoscopy, and Head and Neck divisions in Europe. They are tasked with understanding trends, competitive landscape, product performance, and customer/ user needs to connect these inputs with existing or future services and solutions. The Product Manager is expected to work in close alignment with European Marketing teams to ensure aligned strategies and execution and provide feedback to the ProCare and divisional Marketing leadership teams on the success of pan-European strategies, and effectiveness.

Your key responsilbities:

  • Market insight and expertise of trends, competition, reimbursement, pricing, user needs (VOC), new product ideation, and customer perceptions of brand.
  • Align budget, strategy, and execution to European strategic objectives to achieve growth and market share targets.
  • Enable, educate, influence, and align sales teams to European marketing strategy and communicate updates on key performance indicators.
  • Develop service strategies to support Endoscopy, Surgical and Head and Neck capital portfolios, including contract definition and pricing.
  • reates service metrics to measure divisional service results and evaluates ways to drive performance
  • Research, launch, or reposition service products to maximize sales and growth using 4P’s and Big Picture methodology.
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with Stryker and competitor key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centers, and other influencers.
  • Represent the service organization in the product launch process. Acting as single point of contact for the project manager on service related deliverables.
  • Identify, design, plan, and execute ProCare services marketing events and professional education activities.
  • Partner with Internal Education team to ensure sales force competency.
  • Assist with must-win product evaluations, tenders, or customer presentations.
  • Develop trust and strong relationships with sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and customers.
  • Serve as project manager for service portfolio initiatives aligned to divisional marketing strategies.
  • Facilitate project progress meetings and collaboration between all departments.
  • Develop project plans that meet organizational objectives and timeframes.
  • Create and maintain artifacts that support the plan, including: timelines, backlogs, milestones, communication.
  • 25% Business Travel

What we ae looking for:

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience; med-tech or service industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant field (master’s or MBA Highly desirable)
  • perience creating impactful marketing plans, and developing value propositions, positioning and targeting.
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners.
  • Analytical capabilities to evaluate data and develop financial models required.
  • Broad experience in supporting the sales force and customer facing activities in the field.
  • Experience leading and managing large scale marketing projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written)
