Your main activities are:

The area to cover is Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

Develop and direct marketing programs for Stryker's surgical products.

You search, launch or reposition products in the local market to maximize sales and growth using the 4P and Big Picture methodology

You identify, develop and maintain relationships with Stryker and key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centers and other influencers

You identify, plan, organize marketing events, conferences and training

You collaborate with the internal training team to train the sales force

You participate in product evaluations, calls for tenders or customer presentations

You manage the operational aspect of the product portfolio - demand planning, including predictable equipment requirements, demonstration equipment and local PLCM impact

You develop strong relationships of trust with the sales force, internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring many field trips

You build the strategy in partnership with the Business Unit Director and you drive the projects and the processes needed to set up this strategy.

You share the best practices of your region with the European Product Manager team and you collaborate to European projects to support the business and the growth.

Your profile :

You have an education in sales, marketing, health care (nurse, physiotherapist), life sciences or engineering.

5 to 7 years of marketing experience, of which a significant portion in the pharmaceutical / advanced technology industry (relevant experience in sales and research and development will be taken into account).

You've proven yourself in leading marketing projects, including marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns within the healthcare industry.

You have in-depth knowledge of product management, planning and execution processes

You have validated experience in supporting the sales force and customer-related activities in the field.

You are able to make realistic forecasts and strategy plans for the future. You have an understanding of the financial impacts on the business and the P&L.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills.

You are able to travel at least 50% of the week.

You are fluent in English.
