Job Description

Stryker Product Managers are an integral part of sales and marketing initiatives and are expected to implement a marketing strategy for the product portfolio in order to optimize customer satisfaction and maximize market opportunities for Stryker Poland business. This is a hands-on role, working closely with local and global teams to ensure successful delivery of appropriate tools and messaging and execute specific marketing related activities including but not limited to strategy, business planning, product lifecycle management, pricing, training and technical support.

Product Managers at Stryker are professional marketers, combining personal flair with proven technical competency. Leadership, communication, negotiation, customer and relationship-building skills are essential. This individual should be the market subject matter expert for the segment and products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Driving marketing plans and marketing messaging for new and existing products
• Identifying market and product development opportunities for the Endoscopy portfolio
• Building strong relationships with the Stryker sales team and work closely with them to maximize market opportunities
• Identify, plan, organize and execute marketing events and professional education activities
• Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results
• Developing relationships with key opinion leaders to drive market and product knowledge
• Organizing and participating in conferences - including workshops and meetings with surgeons, registrars and theatre staff

Also need tertiary qualifications – in either a marketing, business or scientific discipline – together with previous experience in a product management or sales role ideally in a medical technology related industry. Ambitious in nature, you must have strong business acumen and enjoy a fast paced, accountable environment where you can truly lead your brand.

Job Requirements

• Medical, Marketing or Business related degree

• 3-5 years’ sales & marketing experience in medical devices or healthcare industry preferred

• Excellent written and oral skills in English

• Presentation and facilitation skills

• Sense of motivation and ability for self-directed learning

• Sound computer skill

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial).

• Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
