Job Description

  • Defines the strategy for the HEMO product range for France and Switzerland et sets up the yearly marketing plan through:
    • Market analysis and competitive watch
    • Sales analysis and sales forecast
    • Customer Segmentation and targeting
    • Price and positioning definition
    • Stock management and order priority definition
  • Proposes and elaborates marketing action plans and communication campaigns
  • Collaborates with EMEA and Global Marketing teams for the launch of new products and the development of sales tools
  • Develops internal and external training/Medical education programs
  • Runs internal/external meetings, advisory boards and workshops
  • As the expert of its range of products, the PM is a technical support to health care professionals during medical interventions, staff meetings and training presentations.
  • Manages the HEMO marketing budget
  • Point of contact for internal departments such as Tender Service, Regulatory/Quality and Customer services
  • Manages one trainee: definition of its missions/SMART objectives and follow-up on a regular basis

Profile :

  • 5 years minimum experience in marketing in the medical device field
  • Excellent analysis and synthetic skills
  • Good capacities in time/ priority management
  • Competencies in communication and in building customer relationships
  • High expertise in diplomacy and strong capacity to lead transversal projects including multiple parties
  • Team spirit
  • Neurovascular field knowledge is a plus
  • Strong English level and knowledge in pack office
