Summary: Processes surgical sets to fulfill daily set orders and assists with other responsibilities held by Stryker Loaner Operations team

Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of Stryker’s loaner operations

  • Develops an understanding of all Stryker product offerings through the repetition of processing loaner surgical sets, beginning with small, less complex sets then working up to larger sets containing both implants and instrumentations
  • Performs initial visual checks on all returning instruments and implants
  • Cleans any debris from instrumentation that the initial incoming decontamination process didn’t remove, ensuring that all medical devices handled are surgery ready
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
