What you will do

Manages product line initiatives including, sales support and communication, marketing collateral development, market research, competitive intelligence, technical support and marketing plan development. 

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Management of current marketing platforms that support and enable our sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teammates from across the organization on product management initiatives such as cost savings initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Support implementation of Sage interventions at the hospital level through on site education and sales rep support.
  • Responsible for the execution of strategic planning to include: evaluation of market trends and potential; orders, margin, and unit forecasting; competitive assessment; and gap analysis.
  • Drive product volume and rep participation within one or more product segments.
  • Provides sales support to sales team with regard to fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, presentations, customer sales calls, pre-sale trials, customer questions, products questions and post-sale education and product implementation.
  • Helps to coordinate and develop marketing tools, assists with trade shows, literature development, presentations and publicity.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain an up-to-date library of competitive product information. Provide sales force with competitive and industry data through multiple communication channels on a planned and as needed basis.
  • Execute and expand sales training curriculum around market, industry, products and competition.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business and/or marketing with an emphasis in related disciplines required
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including ability to speak effectively in front of large groups of people.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong results orientation.



Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 50%
