Job Description


  • Works with the Service Depot Manager to recruit/hire/retain talented associates
  • Designates/schedules cross training to be accomplished within the team
  • Involved in performance management of all direct reports.
  • Personal Support development for direct reports
  • Maintains associate records (time sheets, sick days, vacation, etc.) for direct reports
  • Responsible for driving team engagement and creating a positive work environment
  • Will direct the Certified Pre-owned team by managing the buyback process and the CPO team by managing people, equipment and workload/capacity
  • Will ensure daily loaner demand is fulfilled
  • Will ensure compliance with all aspects of our Quality System
  • Will work to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Will minimize scrap, rework and production defects for the team
  • Will work with engineer on new process/product introductions as well as daily issues as they arise
  • Will work with sales reps to promote Stryker ProCare programs
  • Will work with Marketing Reps to build relationships around
  • Will coordinate with business units on the Sample Pool
  • Will support and/or supervise project management.
  • Will liaison with other Stryker divisions and external vendors.
  • Will own or partner to ensure on time closure of on NCs and CAPAs
  • Proactively share information with peers, managers and employees
  • Anticipate potential problems in the unit
  • Willingness to change and initiate new ideas
  • Assist in developing and implementing policy changes and business processes
  • Inventory Management system subject matter expert
  • Partner with technical support staff and resources to execute and manage projects as directed by manager
  • Drive and promote team quality efficiencies
  • Must be able to generate and explain proposals, guidelines, priorities and procedures.
  • Must have the ability to plan and schedule workflow
  • Must be able to analyze and resolve routine issues using independent judgment.
  • Must be able to routinely make decisions that affect the assigned team(s).
  • Ensures compliance with established regulatory, quality, legal, corporate and human resources policies and procedures


  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in a lean environment
  • Experience working in driving continuous improvements

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
