Position Title: ProCare Contract Coordinator   Shift/Hours: 8am-5pm

Division:        Stryker Medical                           Reporting to: Tom Tackabury

Position Summary:

This position requires daily interaction with the Sales and Field Service teams as well as various internal departments (A/R, Tech Support, Customer Care, Stryker Finance, Legal, Marketing, ProCare Management & Trials). Responsible for the preparation and process of ProCare Service Proposals and Contracts, renewal tracking system, credit billings, order entry, reporting systems management, supporting trial sales when needed and projects as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests and determine customer requirements and expectations in order to execute a proposal
  • Review, amend, approve and counter sign Service Agreements
  • Work with legal to amend Terms and Conditions when needed
  • Ensure pricing integrity is met on all proposals
  • Generate and communicate new leads to designated Sales Representatives for them to further investigate with the customer:
    • Contract Renewals
    • Warranty Expirations
  • Track all leads and proposals generated as well as what stage they are in the sales cycle in our ‘Renewal Tracking System’
  • Provides reports on the following data:
    • New ProCare Customers
    • Renewal Rate
    • Region Scorecards
    • PM Management
  • Responsible for service contract order entry
  • Responsible for supporting all customers via phone, voicemail or e-mail in a timely and knowledgeable manner
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems in a consultative manner, operating with honest and integrity and providing a highly responsive and world class level of customer service
  • Utilize proper software and technological tools to maintain proper records; including, but limited to JDE, Kirby and Office

Position Requirements (Education, Special Training, Certifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate Skills – Windows, Microsoft Office, JDE, and basic office equipment
  • Willingness to adjust schedule for month end purposes

Physical/Safety Requirements:

  • Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minimal amount of force frequently constantly to lift, carry, etc.
  • Must be able to communicate telephonically
  • Must be able to review printed material
  • Must be able to operate common office equipment (e.g. calculator, fax machine, telephone, etc.)
  • Must have good visual acuity
