In this newly created Pricing Manager position, you will partner with the Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams to maximise sales revenue and margin outcomes. You will develop competitive pricing solutions for Stryker’s customers through standardisation of current practices and the implementation of new pricing strategies.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models
  • Establish dashboard reporting to understand movements in margins across divisions, customers and products
  • Prepare and review pricing proposals for tenders and individual sales negotiations and provide recommendations
  • Utilise scenario modelling to highlight outcomes of different pricing approaches
  • Understand immediate and future influences on margin and proactively recommend strategies to mitigate impact
  • Grow sales revenue by identifying pricing opportunities that encourage higher volume sales, and/or improved margin and increased customer satisfaction

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate

  • Strong analytical, reporting and data presentation abilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data interrogation/querying skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally throughout the organisation to drive analysis backed change
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Financial / Commercial / Sales Analysis experience

    You will also have a demonstrated track record of success in analysing big data sets, developing and maintaining reporting and providing input to support sales/revenue growth.
