What You Will Do

  • Responsible for providing direction & leadership in product development including research, voice of customer, pricing studies and other field work activities.
  • Supports the strategic planning process to include: evaluation of market trends, forecasting (orders, margin, and unit volumes), competitive assessment, portfolio pipeline/PLCM
  • Collects, analyzes and maintains competitive information including product literature and pricing; effectively communicates information as appropriate within the organization.
  • Focuses on continuous product improvement with regards to product quality and functionality. The goal is “best in class” products in all market segment(s). Drives corrective action where necessary.
  • Participates in the exploration of new business opportunities and markets, as necessary. 
  • Provides unparalleled support to Brand Marketing by answering questions and/or resolving account manager and customer questions.
  • Monitors customer feedback submitted by sales team.
  • Develops key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions.
  • Supports trade shows and attends industry specific education, as needed.
  • Prudent management of budgeted expenses.
  • Maintains files, which are organized, updated, relevant, and easy to access.
  • Employee engagement: Responsible and accountable for actions promoting an environment that fosters personal growth and development.
  • Internal and External Customer satisfaction:  Perform with honesty and integrity instituting a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.  Promote an environment emphasizing teamwork, empowerment, and problem resolution with a consultative approach.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 60% annually; Some international travel is likely.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years relevant experience required
    Intermediate understanding of marketing strategy, product launch experience, marketing insights and experience interacting with HCPs preferred

Work From Home: Occasional

Travel Percentage: 40%
