GENERAL SUMMARY:

Serve as a customer service liaison, responsible for promoting and sustaining positive customer relations while providing technical support to end users in troubleshooting and navigating Physio-Controls proprietary software as designed.  

MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to incoming internal/external customer inquiries for information regarding Physio-Control products and services via phone, email, fax etc.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Physio-Control proprietary software.
  • Solves navigation issues of varied scope and complexity following established policies and procedures. Identify issues, resolve problems and escalates issues as appropriate.
  • Interact  with cross-functional teams (such as Software Verification, System Analysis and Project Managers).
  • Operate from established policies and procedures, respond to incoming inquiries with limited supervision.
  • Supports and follows established processes and structures for change initiatives 
  • Perform other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or a combination of education and highly relevant experience.  


PREFERRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent organization, time management and customer services skills
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, written communications skills utilized in a team environment
  • Moderate to advanced capabilities with online applications, basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) or equivalent
  • Willingness to receive regular performance feedback
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and operating software
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and positively with other team members
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Fast-paced office environment, requiring significant (75%+) time using computer and telephone
  • Overtime may be required
