Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY The Project Coordinator leads the administration of projects in planning, coordinating, monitoring and executing on project objectives for the Regulatory and Clinical department. Performs specialized function-related tasks with limited direction. 


  • Supports and fulfills requests coming in from across the business
  • Manages specified systems to ensure adequate distribution processes
  • Updates and manages appropriate work instructions
  • Creates and maintains systems to monitor project status, budgets and timetables through the use of specialized software applications.  Ensures documentation requirements are met.  
  • Applies extensive knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of project guidelines and procedures.  Identifies and implements process improvements.
  • Conducts research, gathers and compiles information for reports.  Analyzes results and communicates project status.
  • Provides skilled technical support with minimal direction, which may include data coordination, data analysis, tracking and coding  
  • Interacts with peers, clients, and vendors, on matters of importance on a frequent basis. Involves planning and preparation of the communications. Requires skill, tact, persuasion, judgment, and/or negotiation to accomplish objectives. 


  • High School diploma or equivalent


  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Records management
  • Proficient task management including prioritization skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written as well as verbal)
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented 
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion


  • Office environment with heavy use of office equipment
  • Sit for extended periods of time
  • Occasional lifting – up to 30 pounds
