Job Description


Under the specific direction of a senior analyst, supervisor or manager; create and maintain product master data to support regulatory registration and approval and order to cash process. This position includes both creation and maintenance of configured product master data and product master data in general.


• Collect, maintain, and measure item data attributes, including loading, editing, and/or verifying approval.
• Support staff in conducting product registrations by formatting data files to Stryker corporate standards and posting files for processing.
• Execute small projects to add/correct/update/maintain required attributes for production, regulatory (UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD etc.), and to product master data tables to support Order to Cash process.
• Maintain accurate variant configurator logic for item master, product structure and questionnaire for existing configured products.
• Generate accurate and consistent BOM structure while updating the variant configurator logic and rules to support international operations.
• Generate supporting data (routings, UPNs, regulatory item master attributes for UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, IEC) to ensure that configured products are both realized in Production and processed effectively in the broader Order to Cash process.
• Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support Configurator.
• Run test protocols for IT projects related to product master data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Information Management or related field of study
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a business environment

• Experience with QAD and QAD Configurator
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Lean process development
• Strong task management, problem solving and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills
• Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented
• Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork skills including tact, independent judgment and discretion

• Office environment requiring significant use of standard office equipment including computer keyboard, monitor, and mouse, and telephone.
