Job Description


  • Perform all manufacturing operations in the Pharma Production Area controlled environment

  • Log in and out of Flexnet computers to record production and non-production time

  • Maintain safety rules and keep area in a clean and orderly condition

  • Machine Operation

  • Maintain compliance specified quality and production reporting standards for documentation. (Including Quality Checks, PHR, SOP’s, Production  reporting, Yield documentation, and other tasks as instructed by the Lead)

  • Basic Equipment Adjustments

  • Material Handling and Loading – includes hooping up totes of solutions; film onto machines

  • Equipment Cleaning and Sanitation 

  • Proficient at Documentation:

  • Maintain proper production documentation (essential)

  • Work using sanitary practices to inhibit contamination

  • Maintain all cGMP compliance requirements

  • Meet production quantity standards.

  • Complete training on the operational procedures for the Production equipment

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Trained at clean room practices

  • Able to demonstrate basic, minor machinery adjustments 

  • Work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Able to perform the most current techniques on all manufacturing jobs

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Flexible to surroundings and environment

  • Basic computer skills

  • Successfully complete “Train the Trainer” class on Aseptic practices

  • Be able to correctly complete documentation and forms

  • Read, write, speak, and comprehend English as it pertains to work

  • Able to operate a power jack, pallet jack and other lifting devices

  • High School diploma or equivalent
