What you will do

Collect data. Analyze results. Recommend solutions. Collaborating with consultants and client stakeholders, you’ll ensure the seamless collection and delivery of Hospital Reported Outcomes (HRO) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) dashboards and quarterly analyses. As a Performance Analyst at Stryker, you collect, Q/A and analyze outcome data on our life-changing Orthopaedics interventions. Because you are responsible for renewing client accounts, managing relationships with your customers is extremely important to you. In addition to identifying opportunities to grow Stryker’s business and improve your clients’ outcomes, you are quick to respond to client requests and are always available to help troubleshoot data collection/submission challenges. Leveraging your talent to transform something great into something even better, you’ll research best practices and new innovations, contribute ideas for seminars and case studies and collaborate with internal teams on platform development initiatives. If you’re passionate about healthcare and you thrive on data, we want you on our team. What you need


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field

  • 3+ years data analysis experience; preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Excel and experience using BI/Analytics tools, with the ability to comprehend and employ metrics, and to use as the basis to analyze performance

  • Experience developing and managing client relationships

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
