Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for Payroll and HR administration, preparation of primary accounting documentation, determine monthly accruals. 

  • Keeping, storage and control of HR documentation, preparation for accounting on the basis of local requirements
  • Calculation of Compensation, fringes, payroll taxes, accruals for accounting and tax purposes
  • Preparation of the reports regarding salary, vacation and other transferences
  • Preparation  and submission to state authorities reports for accounting, taxes, statistic and other declaration related with compensation and fringes
  • Preparation  of internal instructions, methodologies, orders and other HR /compensation related documents
  • Coordination and communication with state authorities for requests related with HR/Compensation/Statistic accounting and calculations 
  • Preparing labor agreements with employees and all necessary documents and amendments
  • Preparing HR documentation related with staff moving, promotions and termination
  • Registration of labor books and it’s changes in special register
  • Local accounting support (expenses) in a timely manner under supervision.
  • Communications with vendors regarding copies when necessary and original documents obtaining including Requesting of primary documents, including Certificates of completion, Acts of reconciliation, invoices, verification of balances with vendors and other documents
  • Preparation of the documents for signing by responsible persons, organization and apportion of documents (including expenses reports, contracts, agreements, certificates of acceptance, invoices and other documents), preparation of the documents for sending to head quarter (including management report)
  • Responsible to determine monthly accruals and prepaid, ensure to include clear linkable support to allow in-depth review by auditors.

Skills and Education

  • This job requires a third level degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Candidates must be fluent in English and Russian
  • Payroll qualification is necessary for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
