 Your key Responsibilities 

The OUS Tax Accounting Senior Manager performs responsibilities related to the coordinating, reviewing and consolidating all non-US (OUS) income tax provisions and is responsible for all tax accounting-related matters of our OUS entities around the world. Working directly with OUS Finance teams, these responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

  • Leading the OUS income tax provision process and coordinating information flow from multiple sources to accurately report OUS income tax
  • Preparing financial schedules, disclosures and reports to summarize and communicate OUS income tax expense to US home office for inclusion in our quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Working with Tax leadership, outside advisors and external auditors on value-added projects to effectively manage the company’s effective tax rate
  • Providing tax training, insight and expertise to our finance teams in Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum Bachelor/HBO in Business/Finance or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm
  • Tax Accounting experience with a Fortune 500 company preferred
  • Familiar with US-GAAP, particularly Accounting Standards Codification 740 Income Taxes (ASC 740)
  • Experience with U.S. federal taxation preferred
  • Experience in ERP systems
  • Able to effectively communicate on all levels within the company
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
