Job Description

This position provides support to maximize opportunities within our Operations team. The candidate must provide reporting and analytical support to the Inventory and greater Operations teams, including maintaining the Operations metrics dashboard in PowerBI. In addition, this individual will assist with the preparation of reporting for in-house and in-field inventory counts, and reconciling results in the ERP system. This candidate will be required to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, provide hands-on day to day supply chain support, and execute on inventory activities and priorities to deliver superior Customer Experience metrics. This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Operations team while championing Stryker’s Mission and Values. Operations Metrics Dashboard • Work with Operations Managers to understand department KPIs and current reporting capabilities • Consolidate data and create a dashboard in Excel/PowerBI for leadership Inventory Count Program • Run reports and prepare inventory count sheets • Assist in reconciliation of count results • Complete all data entry of approved inventory adjustments • Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team Supply Chain Support • Assist other teams with day-to-day deliverables, including: o Real-time inventory discrepancy investigations o Summary reporting & data updates o Picking, Kit Building • Other duties as assigned by your manager,• University degree in progress or completed • Educational background or previous experience in supply chain preferred • Excellent spreadsheet (EXCEL) skills and experience manipulating and analyzing high volumes of data. • Highly service-oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience • High-energy, high-urgency, with a passion for winning • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven and verifiable track record of previous success and improvement accomplishments. • Effective planning and organizational skills- must be able to prioritize work • Strong Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint – Oracle experience an asset. • Must be extremely detail orientated • Ability to analyze and resolve routine materials issues using independent judgment
