What you will do

As an Operations Data Analyst in our Redmond, WA facility, you will be responsible for developing reporting tools, providing data analysis and interpretation of data results to support the manufacturing operations team.   

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement data collection systems, databases, data analytics and other strategies that optimize operations efficiency and quality
  • Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Works with departmental managers to outline specific data needs for projects and reporting
  • Develop dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability
  • Translate manufacturing data into information
  • Employ root cause analysis and troubleshooting to data reports and system tools

What you need

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of relevant professional experience OR 4+ years of relevant professional experience is required
  • Experience interfacing with server-based database systems and knowledge/experience with basic database design
  • Strong computer skills including standard Microsoft applications
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and provide data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Education or experience in statistics or  business analytics
  • Demonstrated results orientation, multi-tasking skills and the ability to learn quickly and work well independently
  • Excellent communication, presentation, partnership and influence skills and ability to communicate well to all levels within the organization
  • Strong sense of team work and customer service orientation
