Job Description

  • Creating Manual Invoice for custom clearance
  • Following up with customer on order placement and shipment
  • Following up with Freight forwarder on shipment and custom clearance on all required documents and signatures
  • Following up with order management team on order placement and shipment
  • Work with 3PL(Zuellig and KWE) on daily issues
  • Help to sort out LC documents
  • Participate in Annual Stock take
  • Support operation specialist on any projects that is required
  • Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to AVAMED.

Academic qualifications / degree & relevant prior experience:

  • Diploma holder in business administration or related disciplines 3-5 years of experience in customer service, supply chain and logistics.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
