Job Description

The Onsite Project Manager, Data Solutions --to be based in Memphis, Tennessee --will plan and manage Emergency Care product implementations, support and maintenance, including coordination with the Memphis-based customer and internal support teams. This person will provide input and review of delivery proposals for pre-sales.


  • Manage assignment of the professional services support requests.
  • Manage the execution of the implementation of a customer’s solution
  • Will be responsible for the management of large, mid-level revenue generating projects.
  • Perform configuration of the system to meet customer needs.
  • Provide training or coordinate training on the use of the products, and complete all associated paperwork documenting the system is ready for use.
  • Coordinate with other Physio-Control team members, customers and other business partners to ensure that all appropriate tasks have been planned and are executed according to the project plan.
  • Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide additional post-implementation support to customers on a tier-1 level (includes troubleshooting potential issues, updating the customer configuration according to changes in the customer environment or operation, and other similar activities).
  • Other related duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education degree and highly relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS                                                     

  • Equipment/Asset management experience.
  • Paramedic experience with a current Health Care Providers license.
  • Ability to work independently with occasional guidance from senior team members or management.
  • PMP certification.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology. 
  • Advanced working knowledge of various software products: Excel, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word.
  • Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular, Bluetooth and wireless.
  • Records management and good record keeping practices.
  • Excellent task management including prioritization skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures.
  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated, organized, efficient and process oriented.
  • Works well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communications skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC and Lean.
  • Clinical or medical device/systems experience.
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills.
