Job’s Mission
The New Technologies TDS is responsible for introducing and driving the market adoption of New Technologies in the assigned territory, with a specific near-term focus on the FDS franchise. The person will serve as the New Technologies champion and will closely partner with the in-country sales/marketing organization to develop and execute targeted sales and marketing programs to achieve near-term revenue targets and fuel future growth.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

In this role the following duties will be part of your daily business:

  • Serve as the New Technologies and complex aneurysm treatment expert with the objective of upskilling sales teams to become independent in supporting complex cases and managing their new technology business pipeline.
  • In partnership with the New Technologies Marketing Manager, and regional business leaders develop and execute sales and marketing programs to achieve sales targets monitoring forecasts and marketing trends in the region.
  • With the in-country sales organization identify strategy for target accounts to drive New Technologies adoption.
  • Channel market intelligence to EMEA Marketing team paying specific attention to clinical practice trends and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate physician in-service presentations, workshops, training sessions, proctorships and other customer education activities in alignment with the E-skill lab program.
  • Develop close KOL relationships and play an instrumental part in the EMEA KOL strategy also looking to develop rising star physicians and network Stryker new technology advocates across EMEA and globally.
  • Coordinate VOC, clinical study & MAB activities with Stryker internal stakeholders promoting high level cooperation & transparency in communication.

Education Requirement

  • Undergraduate degree, technical or medical background preferred
  • Advanced degree in a medical or technical field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in medical device sales and/or marketing.
  • Deep technical expertise in neurovascular procedures, neuro interventional experience preferred

  • Experience introducing and driving adoption of innovative medical technologies, product launch experience preferred,
