    THE ROLE

    As Kit Build Coordinator, you will join our team at our state of the art Distribution Centre in Arndell Park, NSW. The Kit Build Coordinator is responsible for the receipting, building and capitalisation of medical kits and assets, certifying that urgent medical kits are delivered into the field as quickly and accurately as possible, to ensure operational excellence for our internal and external customers.

    As a Kit Build Coordinator, you will:

    • Develop relationships with Marketing and Sales in each Product Division and with key operations staff such as Supply Chain & Masterdata
    • Utilize time management, communication and organization skills to manage shopfloor work bench and ensure on time and in full delivery of newly ordered kits.
    •  Maximise productivity and efficiency of the Kit Build function through investigation, development and application of new processes and application. of work flow process improvement strategies such as Lean, 5S and 6 Sigma.
    • Ensure cycle counts performed and completed annually.
    • Manage inventory ensuring accurate reflection of physical inventory
    • Compliance of all team activities with company, legal, ethical and other standards.
