Job Description

Summary:

  • Partner with area director and area field marketing to develop regional medical education strategy.
  • Support planning and execution of Stryker trauma & extremities regional education programs by processing required documentation and acting as a liaison between requestors and faculty.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team.
  • Develop and foster relationships with trauma & extremities faculty.
  • Support Stryker national program logistics. 

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a sales, education, and/or marketing function
  • Prefer experience in healthcare products or medical devices
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and in a cross-functional /team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-on interaction) and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Travel Percentage: Up to 25%
