Job Description

  • Partner with NSE Medical Education staff to execute regional medical education events including Stryker product training and third-party educational conferences
  • Help plan Stryker product trainings by coordinating location, registration, catering, lodging, etc.
  • Communicate with NSE marketing managers, marketing associates, regional sales managers, sales force, cross divisional partners, compliance, and distribution team to plan and excute medical education events
  • Travel to and support medical educational events across the nation; set-up and tear-down equipment stations and interact with participants and faculty during medical education events
  • Collaborate with Medical Education and Marketing teams to determine required products and logistics for medical education events
  • Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment and return of equipment for medical educational events
  • Help maintain equpiment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reports by providing metrics related to medical education events
  • Assist with medical education projects as needed
  • Support the NSE business during product launches, sales training, marketing events, customer visits, etc.
  • Help create and maintain marketing collateral for the Medical Education team which includes video advertisements, social medial planning and event recap communications
