Job Description: Partner with the Stryker Neuro, Spine, ENT & Advanced Guidance Technologies Medical Education team through the planning and coordination of Stryker medical education product trainings.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with NSE & AGT Medical Education team to execute regional medical education events including Stryker product trainings, mobile lab events and national courses.
  • Plan Stryker product trainings by coordinating location, registration, catering, lodging, etc.
  • Communicate with NSE & AGT marketing managers, marketing associates, regional sales managers, sales force, cross divisional partners, compliance, and distribution team to plan and execute medical education events
  • Travel to and support medical educational events across the nation (up to 80 percent travel); set-up and tear-down equipment stations and interact with participants and faculty during medical education events
  • Collaborate with Medical Education and Marketing teams to determine required products and logistics for medical education events
  • Coordinate scheduling, servicing, testing, packing, shipment and return of equipment for medical educational events
  • Maintain equipment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs
  • Maintain equipment inventory in alignment with budget and business needs
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reports by providing metrics related to medical education events; monitor spend and contribute budget reporting
  • Develop and foster relationships with customers through professional and timely communication (verbal and written)
  • Assist with medical education projects as needed – marketing, branding, training needs.
  • Support the NSE and AGT business during product launches, sales training, marketing events, customer visits, etc.
  • Master medical equipment within the NSE and AGT businesses and clinical areas of focus for their products

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 1 year of experience in event planning, medical device, marketing, related field is preferred
  • Ability to work with a team and resolve problems using independent judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Effective analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fundamental computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Preferred experience in a customer facing role; i.e. customer service, sales, account management, previous med device, etc.
