Job Description

Position Summary

Using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices


  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
  • To perform and build products premanufacturing process.
  • Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Entellus Medical Quality System.
  • Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
  • Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production Manager.
  • Demonstrates awareness to the work place safety and handling chemical and products
  • Maintains a clean housekeeping and organizes work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
  • Preform other functions as required.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 – 1 years of medical device manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • familiarity with personal computers, preferred
  • Ability to work overtime during peak periods.  May include weekends, evenings and early morning

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within hands and arms-length, stoop and kneel
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
